Description
This pipe cutter is suitable for plastic and aluminium composite pipes made from PP (polypropylene), PE, (polyethylene), PB (polybutene) and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride). It is an extremely versatile tool due to the adjustable sizing of 27 to 45 mm. The V-shaped blade is made from SK 5 steel which features a Rockwell hardness of approximately 60 HRC. The blade has excellent cutting properties thanks to this high hardness and produces a clean, burr-free cut edge. Further advantages of a blade made of SK 5 steel are its excellent wear resistance, which enables a permanently high cutting performance, as well as its high breaking strength. The highly efficient cutting action protects the user from fatigue when working for longer periods. The ergonomic housing provides an optimum grip and transmission of force, perfect for working comfortably. The robust cast aluminium body remains durable and reliable, even under demanding conditions.
