Umarex Laserliner announces the successful certification of its Quality Management System to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The audit was completed without any minor nonconformities.
“The certification process of our Quality Management System was completed very quickly,” says Klaus Vöbel, Quality Manager at Laserliner. “The first meetings took place at the end of August last year and we received the certificate in June.”
All departments and employees were involved to achieve this, workflows were examined and set down in writing.
“We were already very well set up. A company that has had a market presence for nearly 30 years already has a great deal of experience and workflows are already in place,” explains Klaus Vöbel. “Writing the workflows down casts them in a new light and helps to optimise them further.”
Employees and management at the company in Germany's Sauerland region are equally pleased with the successful certification.

This allows Laserliner to provide its customers with a quality assurance system which continues to optimise products for end users while preventing danger to third parties.
